Today we are having our electric panel replaced, so that means 4-5 hours without power. Which, we spend a lot of our time outside so it’s not that big of a deal. But we have decided to make it an “Adventure Day”. Part of our adventures is doing something new. So one of our new things was Sparkle Thinking Putty. We used the instructions by Little Bins.
A & S did a pretty good job of taking turns as we followed the steps. We talked about measuring, stirring, dissolving, waiting, & staying focused until it was really done.
Note: we used glitter glue. Our putty was fun to play with, especially since it was not very sticky/messy. But, it did not stick back together to itself after parts were pulled off.

If It didn’t stick together once it was pulled apart, it is not slime nor putty. You added too much activator. A tip I learned is that when you have your activator made, add a little bit at a time until it gets clumpy, then start to knead with your hands.

Thanks for the tip! I will try it next time we make some.
